This website is meant to help students determine an appropriate life balance for them, given their academic, extracurricular, and other time demands. Use this time guide during your busiest time of year-- e.g., during the fall season if you play field hockey, or during the winter season if you participate in the Musical-- to ensure you have enough time to fulfill all of your commitments. Achieving a balance of work, play, rest, and reflection is key to overall success as you navigate through your years in the Upper School. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Yavenditti, the SLS Director of Studies.
